On my way to the train station I had to stop and grab something to eat. I tried for a Schnitzel sandwich, but they were out. The woman behind the counter muttered something I couldn't understand, and I just blurted out, "Leberkäse!" Everybody ALWAYS had Leberkäse. It was actually a really nice slice with Scherzel. Scherzel is the burnt crusty edge. It's definitely the best part.
