Today we continued to move the barley and add more water. Such a cool little machine. Why don't more US breweries malt their own grains?!?

Yesterday we bottled a TON of beer. Four different kinds actually. We ran into a TON of problems too. We spent hours trouble shooting the bottle checker, then one of the pumps on the bottle washer went down. We took it apart, I cleaned the inside, put it back together, and it worked just fine. But then we called in an electrician and spent hours on the phone with Krones tech support. 

Once it was figured out we ended up having to have three people stand around and manually more every single bottle 8 feet along a conveyor that stopped working. I was so busy cleaning crates, moving bottles, and running the bottle packer that I didn't take any pics. Repairs are estimated at $3500!!!
