We do styles tastings every week. I'm not sure I've mentioned what a fucking genius the guy that does them with us is. You can seriously ask this guy ANY question about brewing and he busts out the most detailed process. He's been an unbelievable asset. 

If you've ever had the 1809 Berliner Weisse... that was his recipe. There's a little mention about Doemens on the bottle. We asked him about it, and he was like, "I remember Fritz Briem asking me for a recipe a while back." Funny shit! He had no idea his recipe was in production and one of two or three you can really get in the US.
